We prefer that payment be made within the first 3 days of the auction ending. If you need a payment plan or a situation arises that does not allow you to make payment in that window, please contact us. 

Please Note: due to our warehouse presence in the following states, we are required to charge their sales tax for individuals who live in each of the following states:

AZ,CA,CO,CT,FL,GA,IL,KS,KY,MD,MA,MN,NV,NJ,NC,PA,SC,TN,TX,WA,WI

Please Note: Our tax list is ever changing and we reserve the right to charge sales tax to any state regardless if it  is on the above list or not. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees. If you have any questions regarding the presecence of tax in your state (or lack thereof) please contact us before making any purchase/commitment to buy items.  
 

• Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
• These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
• We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" or declare anything lower than the full paid value because we are a retail store.
• We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
• Brian's Toys has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
