Speedy Delivery:
Our goal is to ship orders that have been placed by 10am (Central Standard
Time) the same business day.
If you order after 10am Friday, but before 10am on Saturday, and you choose
one of the United States Post Office (USPS) shipping methods, your order
will ship on Saturday. If you order after 10am Friday and choose UPS as
your shipping method, your order will not ship until Monday.
Orders placed past 10am (CST) on Saturday will not ship until Monday.
Brian's Toys accepts payments by the following
methods:

Online credit card payment by VISA, Master Card, Discover and American
Express (By this method you will enter your payment into our secure online
order system.)
2. Offline credit card payment by VISA, Master Card, Discover and
American Express (By this method you will choose Telephone or Fax when
you checkout. You will then have to call or fax with your credit card
details after completing your order.)
3. PayPal (By this method you will be prompted to PayPal upon placing
your order at Brian’s Toys. You will then be able to log-in and
pay via PayPal for your order.)
4. Check (By this method you will send a check or money order by
mail.) We will hold your items for up to 7 days. There will be a $20.00
fee for all NSF checks.)
Shipping and Handling:
We send all of our orders by UPS and USPS (United States Post
Office). Our available domestic shipping methods areUPS Ground, UPS Next
Day, UPS 2nd Day, and USPS Priority Mail. Our available international
shipping methods are UPS Worldwide Expedited, USPS Global Express Mail,
USPS Airmail Parcel Post, and USPS Airmail Letter Post.
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and value of the shipment.
Shipping rates start at $5.27 for domestic shipments. You will see the
available shipping methods and rates for your order prior to completing
your order online.
A handling charge of $2 is applied to each order in addition to the shipping
rate.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties
or taxes at the time of delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause.

UPS Ground
UPS Ground includes a tracking number and insurance. This shipping method
typically takes up to one week to arrive from the date of shipment, depending
on how far away you are located from our shipping facility in Fountain
City, Wisconsin. Locations within Wisconsin and Minnesota will typically
arrive the next business day, locations within the Midwest will typically
arrive within 2 business days, and locations on the coasts (such as Boston,
New York, Miami, or Los Angeles) will take up to one week. You will be
able to log on to ups.com to track your order once you have received your
tracking number by email. The tracking number should be active on the
ups.com website within 24 hours of shipment. Orders with a $500 value
or higher will require a signature.
UPS 2nd Day
UPS 2nd Day includes a tracking number and insurance. This shipping method
is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and
holidays do not count as business days) from the date of shipment. You
will be able to log on to ups.com to track your order once you have received
your tracking number by email. The tracking number should be active on
the ups.com website within 24 hours of shipment. Orders with a $500 value
or higher will require a signature.
UPS Next Day
UPS Next Day includes a tracking number and insurance. This shipping
method is guaranteed to arrive the following business day by 3pm (Saturdays,
Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days) after shipment. You
will be able to log on to ups.com to track your order once you have
received your tracking number by email. The tracking number should be
active on the ups.com website within 24 hours of shipment. Orders with
a $500 value or higher will require a signature.
UPS Worldwide Expedited
UPS Worldwide Expedited is an international air service that includes
a tracking number and insurance. This shipping method typically takes
about one week to arrive from the date of shipment, unless there are any
customs delays. You will be able to log on to ups.com to track your order
once you have received your tracking number by email. The tracking number
should be active on the ups.com website within 24 hours of shipment. Orders
shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited will generally require a signature.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail via the United States post office includes a delivery confirmation
number. This delivery confirmation is not a tracking number, and only
can only be used to verify that a shipment has been delivered. You will
be to check this on usps.com once you have received your delivery confirmation
number by email. The delivery confirmation number should be active on
the usps.com website within one week of shipment. This shipping method
typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment. However,
occasionally shipments may take 4-6 weeks via this shipping method. We
generally require that orders with a value of $300.00 or more be shipped
via UPS. If this is a major inconvenience for you, please let us know.
USPS Global Express Mail
Global Express Mail via the United States Post Office includes a tracking
number and insurance. This shipping method typically takes 5 to 10 days
to arrive from the date of shipment. You will be able to log on to usps.com
to track your order once you have received your tracking number by email.
The tracking number should be active on the usps.com website within one
week of shipment. Orders shipped via Global Express Mail will generally
require a signature.
USPS Airmail Parcel Post (or Letter Post)
Airmail Parcel Post (or Letter Post) via the United States Post Office
does not include a tracking number or insurance. This shipping method
typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment. However,
occasionally shipments may take 4-6 weeks via this shipping method. We
do ask for your patience in waiting for Airmail shipments. If you need
a shipment within 10 days, or need the ability to track the package, we
recommend UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Global Express Mail. Airmail
Parcel Post is a cheaper level of service, and does not provide the same
speed or reliability of the UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Global Express
Mail.
Please note: We generally require that orders with a value of $300.00
or more be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Global Express
Mail.
Return Policy:
Brian's
Toys wants you to be satisfied with your order! If you have any problems
with your order, please contact us by email, phone, or fax us within
14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full
refund (not including shipping) for your returned merchandise. Simply
return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice and state whether you
want the item(s) replaced or money refunded.
Pricing Policy:
We strive to ensure that the pricing on our website is accurate. However,
if an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the
order. In this case, we would contact you and notify you of the correct
pricing, and you would be under no obligation to complete the order.
Pre-Order
Policy:
While it is our full hope and expectation to fill all pre-orders, there
are rare instances where quantities are limited from the manufacturer
and we are unable to fulfill all pre-orders. In this rare instance,
we will notify you as soon as we are aware of any shortage that may
affect your pre-order.
