Before we can send you a quote, we will need to know what items you have to sell. Simply make a detailed alphabetical list of the items for sale. For help, use this Excel template. (A PDF and HTML version is also available.

Use our buylist as a guide, which lists the prices we pay for mint-in-packaging items. The more damaged the box, the lower the value. Loose items (except Vintage) are not preferred.

Within 2-to-4 business days, we will contact you with a full price quote for you to confirm.

The price quote will be good for two weeks only. After two weeks, the list will have to be repriced.

• Do you buy loose toys and action figures?
  • Only vintage figures. We do not purchase modern loose figures. The value of collectibles signifacantly drops when the box is opened. For vintage figures
• What does C-9 mean?
  • C-9 is part of our scale to determine the condition of items. The "C" stands for condition, and the number corresponds to the quality of the item on a scale of 1 to 10. For instance, 10 is Excellent and 1 is Extremely Poor condition. Our buylist reflects the prices we are paying for C-9 condition items. The price we pay for your item will adjust if the condition quality is higher or lower than a C-9.
• Does Brian's Toys pay for shipping?
  • Packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of you the seller. However, we offer the option to ship on our UPS account at cheaper rates. (UPDATE: For a limited time only, we will pay for the first package (up to $30 shipping cost) of $100 or more worth of approved buylist items.)
• How do I make a list?
  • We have developed a form for those looking to sell their collections. You may download FORM P1205 as an Excel file, PDF, or as a webpage to print out. The easiest for both of us is to simply use the example provided on the form and then follow the buylist as youlist your items. Finally, e-mail, mail, or fax the list once completed.
