Step By Step
Get a Quote for Your Stuff
Before we can send you a quote, we will need an itemized list of what you have to sell. A list is the easiest way to ensure accuracy, and we have provided several tools to aid you in creating your list if you have not done so. As an added benefit, our tools provide an instantaneous price quote for every item you add! (Note: The prices in the webapp and forms show prices we are willing to pay for mint-in-package items.)
The InstantQuotes list all the products we are seeking to buy, and simply entering a quantity will adjust the quote for the total amount you could potentially be paid. Please notate any items in poor condition so that we can provide a more accurate price prior to shipment.
Submit your Quote
If using the InstantQuote WebApp, click on your quoted price (green box at the top) and fill out the contact details at the bottom. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days to verify that we have received your quote.
If using the InstantQuote Form or PDF list, e-mail your completed list to email@example.com with your full contact details. If unable to access e-mail, feel free to fax or mail. (Fax: 608-687-7573 Mail: W730 State Road 35, Fountain City, WI 54629). For verification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the Instant Quote Excel form and 4 to 7 days for faxed/mailed lists.
Ship Your Items
Once we contact you with verification on your quote, it's time for you to ship your items to us. Shipping fees are the responsibility of you the seller. As an added benefit for selling through us, you can receive discounted UPS shipping rates of up to 20% by using our account! This also allows you to ship your items to us with no upfront cost. (The shipping fees will be deducted from our payment to you.)
When your items arrive to our facilities, we will confirm the value of your items. The price may fluctuate based on the actual condition of the items. We will then contact you once more with a final price. If you do not find the price acceptable, we will return the items to you at our expense.
We Send You Payment
With your approval of the final price, we will pay you via ACH (Direct) Deposit, PayPal, or check. PayPal and ACH payments will be completed within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to three business days for us to process check payments.
(Paypal will charge approximately a 3% fee)
