1. Categorize your list.  Start by separating different toy lines, i.e., Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Indiana Jones, etc.  Then divide the toy lines into subsets, for example, Star Wars: Vintage, Star Wars: Power of the Force 2, Star Wars: Episode I, and Star Wars: Power of the Jedi.  Then divide each subset into 3 ¾” carded, 3 ¾” loose, 12” loose, 12” boxed, vehicles boxed, etc.  Finally, further divide these categories by film or series.  For example, Star Wars:Vintage: 3 ¾” Carded: Empire Strikes Back; or Star Wars: Power of the Force 2: 3 ¾” carded: green cards.

Another example, would be G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero: carded: 1985.

2. List all of your items vertically and in alphabetical order.  List first the name of the item, then the condition, and then any extra information that you wish to include. Click here to check out our grading scale.

3. Include a reliable way for us to contact you. It is very important that we can reach you as soon as possible after we are done pricing your list.  Please include e-mail, day phone/night phone, and fax number.

4. We will respond with price quotes for your collection.  Our price quotes are based on your description of the merchandise.  If items arrive to us in less than expected condition, then the price quotes may be adjusted.  Shipping is built into our price quotes.  Thus, we do not pay extra for shipping.

5. After you have received a price quote, be sure to e-mail, call, or fax to confirm that you are shipping your collection to us.  Price quotes are guaranteed for 7 days after the quotes have been issued. Please confirm that you are sending the quote within 48 hours.  If we have not recieved the items in 7 days, we cannot guarantee that pricing will remain the same.  If you are concerned about the quote expiring, please contact us.

6. Please package your items carefully using a sturdy box and sufficient packing material to protect your merchandise.

7. Be sure to include a copy of the list and price quote with your shipment.  “Also, if loose figures are not matched up with their accessories may receive $1.00 EACH.  Please match figures with weapons in individual Ziploc bags.”

8. We will inspect the merchandise the day that it arrives to us.  (If the collection is unusually large, or if the shipment does not all arrive at one time, then it may take several days to inspect your collection.) If there are any questions or problems, we will contact you.  If not, we will send the payment usually within 2 business days.

Note: Prices on the Buy List are subject to change based on the level of inventory that we have in stock and general market conditions. If you have quantities of some items, the price per unit may decrease.  Please confirm prices and quantities with us before sending merchandise.
